After hours of searching, i have finally found android 2.1 fw for the GT-I9000
Almost every single link was dead or paywalled
I found it on androidfilehost
I first thought that it was 2.2, but i was surprised that it was 2.1
The zip file was named wrong I9000JPJF4_OJPJF3_Arabic_v2.2_Repair_Firmware.zip
It should be I9000JXJG2_OJPJF3_Arabic_v2.1-update1_Repair_Firmware.zip
It's now archived and i have put more info there
